Pricing Overview
Daresni operates a flexible pricing model. Tutors and Coaches set their own reasonable prices based on their credentials, market demand and competition. Parents and learners pay the full advertised price shown at the time of Booking.
Parents & Learners
Advertised price
Paid at the time of Booking
Providers set their own prices. The price charged is the advertised price shown when the Booking is made. Later price changes do not affect existing Bookings.
Tutors & Coaches
10%–20%
Commission based on applicable tier
Daresni deducts Commission from completed Sessions. Tutors and Coaches may qualify for reduced Commission tiers as their number of completed, paid Sessions increases.
Institutes, Courses & Camps — Coming Soon
15%
Planned commission when these features launch
When Institutes, Courses and Camps become available on Daresni, a Commission of 15% will apply to any Course or Camp sold through the Platform, in accordance with the Terms & Conditions.
Tutor & Coach Payouts
Within 7 days
Following a completed Session
The Provider receives the advertised price less the applicable Commission. Daresni dispatches Tutor and Coach payouts within 7 days of completion.
VAT & Taxes
As applicable
In accordance with Bahraini law
Prices are displayed in Bahraini Dinar (BHD) and, unless stated otherwise, are inclusive of applicable VAT. Providers remain responsible for their own tax obligations.
Commission Schedule
Tutor & Coach Commission Tiers
Reduced tiers apply prospectively after the relevant completed-session threshold is reached. They do not apply retrospectively.

| Reduced Tier 2 | 100 completed, paid Sessions within a rolling 12-month period | 15% |
Daresni verifies completed Session counts and may reassess a Provider's tier periodically.
