1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Daresni application or website (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Platform Nature

Daresni is a technology platform and ed-tech booking marketplace. Tutors, coaches, and educational providers listed are generally independent third-party providers and are not employees or agents of Daresni. Daresni facilitates connections, booking, scheduling, and payment processing but does not directly provide educational instruction unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3. Use of the Platform

• Do not reproduce, distribute, or resell any content without written permission from Daresni
• Do not impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity or qualifications
• Do not upload harmful, offensive, defamatory, or unlawful content
• Do not attempt unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its systems
• Do not use the Platform for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations

4. Tutor and Coach Registration

Tutors and coaches register voluntarily by downloading the app and uploading valid government-issued identity documents for verification. All tutor profiles are reviewed by the Daresni team before going live. By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and truthful. Daresni reserves the right to suspend or remove any profile that violates platform policies.

5. Bookings and Payments

Session bookings and payments are processed securely through the Platform via trusted third-party payment providers. Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation policy of the relevant provider and Daresni's platform policies in effect at the time of booking.

6. Intellectual Property

The Daresni name, logo, and brand are the intellectual property of Daresni Education and Training and are protected by applicable law. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is." Daresni does not guarantee specific learning outcomes. Liability is limited to the amount paid in the preceding 3 months to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bahrain.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be published in the app or on the website. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
